Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment is comprised of five citizens appointed by the mayor. Their responsibilities include:
1. Interpreting Title 14 Zoning of the Municipal Code when conflicts arise as to the intent of this section of the Code.
2. Deciding variance requests to Title 14 Zoning
3. Reviewing appeals to a decision of the Building Inspector
Decisions by the Board of Adjustment may be appealed only through the courts.
