Walking for Wellness
Looking to get up and get active but don't know how to start? Enjoy a refreshing walk with your friends at the Community Center! There are many benfits to walking that maintain the body's systems in good condition including: improved circulation, weight loss, strengthened muscles, improved sleep, reduced risk of chronic illness, and long life expectancy. While fewer than 50% of Americans meet the minimum guidelines for moderate physical activity, Bentonville Parks & Recreation offers you the easiest solution to correct this problem. Grab your favorite pair of walking shoes and join in on the fun! Class is offered on Monday & Wednesday at 10:30-11:15am. Class meets on the Indoor Track.
