Basics Self Defense Course

This six week class will teach the core elements on defending ones self. The physical teachings will consist of, but not limited to, basic martial arts techniques, kicks, blocks, strides, hold breaking, stretching, balancing, and body control necessary to execute self-defense when protecting ones self and/or others. BASICS will engage participants in all physical aspects; strength, balance, flexibility, endurnace, and cognitive awareness. 

Session Cost: $50 members/ $60 non-members

Session Dates: Spring: April 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 24th, 26th, May 1st, 3rd, 8th, & 10th

Summer A: May 15th, 17th, 22nd, 24th, 29th, 31st, June 5th, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, 21st

Summer B: July 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 24th, 26th, 31st, Aug. 2nd, 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th

Session Times: Morning | 10:00am-11:30am

Evening | 6:00pm-7:00pm 

**Participant may not switch between session times. Participant must attend registered session time.
