Welcome to the Bentonville Fire Department section of the City web page. This introduction gives basic information about
the department, but we invite you to enter the Fire Department site for more information and pictures of our department's
stations, apparatus, activities, and some emergency operations.
The Bentonville Fire Department is a full service professional fire department which provides numerous and varied services to
our city and surrounding area. Our services include fire suppression, fire prevention and education, paramedic ambulance
service, vehicular and tactical rescue. The department has five fire stations strategically located throughout the city to
minimize response times to all who need our services. The Insurance Services Office (ISO) which rates areas based on their
ability to combat fires, has given the City of Bentonville a Class 2 rating, with 10 being the worst rating and 1 being the
