We have appx 350 full-time employees working throughout the City’s 12 departments. In addition, we have as many as 100 additional “seasonal” employees during the summer months, primarily in the parks and recreation department.

The HR department handles the recruiting, screening, and hiring of employees for all departments, administration of personnel files, salary administration and management, employee relations, benefits administration, safety and workers compensation, administration of City employment policies and directives, and employee morale and activities.
