This office is designed to provide the highest quality legal representation and advice to the City officers, departments, boards, commissions, and employees and thereby eliminate or reduce legal liability of the City. The Staff Attorney is also responsible for lawfully and effectively prosecuting all misdemeanor crimes and violations which occur within the City of Bentonville.
