Meeting Rooms

• All food, beverages, and catering must be procured from the onsite Library Café. A catering kitchen and equipment are available for use as needed. A reservation or cleaning deposit may be required at the discretion of library staff.

	Rotary Conference Room Total Occupancy = 30 8 folding tables with 26 chairs Presentation amenities: LCD projector, screen, lectern, and whiteboard.
	Tate & Haney Conference Room Total Occupancy = 10 1 Conference table with 8 chairs Presentation amenities: Flat screen presentation system and whiteboard.
	Study Rooms and Project Areas 3-4 to 6 person study rooms whiteboard available in 2 rooms. 6-2 person rooms available on first come first server basis. Additional tables throughout library for use.
