Pavilion & field Reservations
All Bentonville pavilions are
available for reservation. There is no charge to use these facilities
however it is required to follow all
park rules while in use. In addition we ask that you please clean up
the facility when your event has concluded.

Pavilion Reservation Restrictions
In order to offer equal usage opportunity to the growing population, reservations are limited to 4 hours, unless otherwise
authorized through Bentonville Parks & Recreation. Please scroll down to Special Event Reservations below, for
making reservations that exceed these limitations or for any event that will
consist of 200 plus patrons.
Reservations may only be made up to one year in advance.

Pavilion Options
Below are pavilion photos and amenities for each individual park
pavilion. Please review the details carefully in order to select the
location that will best accommodate your event needs.
To make a reservation please either email your request to
parks@bentonvillear.com or call 479-464-7275 (extension
1) and a staff member will assist you with checking date availability and/or
creating your reservation. Upon booking a park pavilion you will be asked
to supply your name, contact number, and approximate number of people you expect
at the pavilion, and an email address for the confirmation letter.

Play Structures,
ADA Accessible Swing,
Pavilion that seats 8-10,
Picnic Tables (each seats 8), Open Green Space, and lots of Shade Trees. |

Way Seats approximately 24.
Amenities include Lake, Disc Golf, Play Structure, Portable
Toilet, and Walking / Bike Trails.

source may require a fee). |

Baseball / Softball / Multi-Purpose Field usage available with

weddings however is not equipped with seating (you may bring your
own).
Amenities include Electricity / Power Source, and Walking / Bike
Trail with three Picnic Tables along the way. |

Special Event Reservations:
If you would like to make a reservation for an event that will:

Equal or exceed 200 people
-
Require more time than the maximum 4 hour limit (2 hour
limit for Lawrence Plaza)
-
Include special amenities or entertainment that requires approval, (inflatable's,
dunk tank, live band, pony rides, marathons, fund raisers, etc.)
please first review our Special Event Reservation Policies,
then you may print and complete a
Special Event Reservation Form and return it either via email (parks@bentonvillear.com), fax
(479-271-5970), or hand deliver (215 SW "A").
Please be as detailed as possible about the specifics of your event, and/or any amenities or entertainment your
planning to have. Once we receive your form it will be reviewed and dates checked for availability.
Our office will be in touch about an approval, and/or any fees that may or may not apply.
During the months of March through June, Memorial and Phillips
Park baseball fields should be reserved through the Bentonville Youth Baseball

Should your reservation require the use of lights, a rental
fee will be due prior to, or no later than, the day of the reservation. For

To inquire about reservations for a facility or location not listed

from the list of links in the right hand column. If reservations for the selected facility is an option, details will be posted
on its individual page. Otherwise, you may download a special event
reservation form and submit it for consideration of approval. Forms
should be submitted either via email to
parks@bentonvillear.com or fax to 479-271-5970. Please be sure to
include all details about your event in the section provided on the last page.
Please note, it is only necessary to return the first and last page of the form,
the other pages are for your reference only.
