Austin-Baggett Park Pavilion 601 SE D Street Amenities include Two Play Structures, ADA Accessible Swing, Pavilion that seats 8-10, Picnic Tables (each seats 8), Open Green Space, and lots of Shade Trees.
	Bella Vista Lake Pavilion 4900 Bella Vista Way Seats approximately 24. Amenities include Lake, Disc Golf, Play Structure, Portable Toilet, and Walking / Bike Trails.
	Lake Bentonville Pavilion 2100 SW I St. Seats approximately 16 Amenities include Play Structure, Electricity, and Walking / Bike trail
	Dave Peel Park Pavilion 206 E Central Ave. Small Pavilion - Seats approximately 10 Amenities include two Play Structures, Swings, and Restrooms (Restrooms will be closed through summer 2013.)
	Durham Place Pavilion 913 Durham Place Covered Picnic Table - Seats approximately 6 Amenities include Play Structure and swings
	Enfield Park Pavilion 1205 NE Waverly Way Seats approximately 24 Amenities include Open green space and Walking / Bike Trail

	Orchards Park Pavilion Corner of NE "J" & John DeShields Blvd. Seats approximately 40 Amenities include Restrooms, Electricity / Power Source, and Walking / Bike Trails
	Park Springs Park Pavilion 300 NW 10th St. Large Pavilion - Seats approximately 100 Limited Parking - Approximately 15 spaces Amenities include Rock Climbing Play Structure, Swings (No baby/toddler  buckets), Walking / Bike Trail, Large Fireplace, Restrooms, Electricity / Power Source, and Water Source (water source may require a fee).
	Phillips Park Pavilion 3108 SE "J" St. Large Pavilion - Seats approximately 72 Amenities include Play Structure, Pre-School age swings, Restrooms, and Electricity/Power Source. Baseball / Softball / Multi-Purpose Field usage available with proper approval. (See Field Reservation details below.)
	Town Branch Gazebo 401 SE 2nd St. Great for small weddings however is not equipped with seating (you may bring your own). Amenities include Electricity / Power Source, and Walking / Bike Trail with three Picnic Tables along the way.
	Train Station Park - Covered Seating South Main St. Park Benches - seats approximately 9 Amenities include Walking / Bike Trail and Electricity
	Wildwood Park Pavilion 3800 Bright Rd. Seats approximately 32 Amenities include Play Structure, Tennis Courts, Restrooms, Electricity / Power Source.

• Special Event Reservations:

If you would like to make a reservation for an event that will:

• Equal or exceed 200 people

• Require more time than the maximum 4 hour limit (2 hour limit for Lawrence Plaza)

• Include special amenities or entertainment that requires approval, (inflatable's, dunk tank, live band, pony rides, marathons, fund raisers, etc.)

please first review our “Special Event Reservation Policies”, then you may print and complete a Special Event Reservation Form and return it either via email (parks@bentonvillear.com), fax (479-271-5970), or hand deliver (215 SW "A").

Please be as detailed as possible about the specifics of your event, and/or any amenities or entertainment your planning to have.  Once we receive your form it will be reviewed and dates checked for availability. Our office will be in touch about an approval, and/or any fees that may or may not apply.

• Field Reservations:

During the months of March through June, Memorial and Phillips Park baseball fields should be reserved through the Bentonville Youth Baseball League.  To view availability and make a reservation please click here.   Otherwise, field reservations must be authorized through Parks & Recreation. To inquire about reservations for a facility or location not listed above, please select the location of interest, from the list of links in the right hand column. If reservations for the selected facility is an option, details will be posted on it’s individual page.  Otherwise, you may “download a special event reservation form” and submit it for consideration of approval.  Forms should be submitted either via email to parks@bentonvillear.com or fax to 479-271-5970.  Please be sure to include all details about your event in the section provided on the last page.  Please note, it is only necessary to return the first and last page of the form, the other pages are for your reference only.
