Pavilion Reservations
All Bentonville pavilions are
available for reservation. There is no charge to use these facilities
however it is required to follow all
park rules while in use. In addition we ask that you please clean up
the facility when your event has concluded.
To reserve a park pavilion please select the link titled “Reserve this Pavilion" beside your pavilion of choice.
This link will allow you to view it's calendar for availability and create your
reservation. Once you've completed your reservation, you will receive a
confirmation email.
Reservation Restrictions
In order to offer equal usage opportunity to the growing population, reservations are limited to 4 hours, unless otherwise
authorized through Bentonville Parks & Recreation. The maximum number of attendees for online reservations is 199.
You will only be able to create one reservation per day. Please scroll down to “Special Event Reservations”, below, for inquiries exceeding these limitations.
Special Event Reservations:
If you would like to make a reservation for an event that will:
- Equal or exceed 200 people
- Require more time than the maximum 4 hour limit
- Include special amenities or entertainment that requires approval, (inflatables,
dunk tank, live band, pony rides, marathons, fund raisers, etc.)
please first review our “Special Event Reservation Policies”.
Then you may print and complete a
Special Event Reservation Form,
and return it either via email (parks@bentonvillear.com), fax
(479-271-5970), or hand deliver (215 SW "A").
Please be as detailed as possible about the specifics of your event, and/or any amenities or entertainment your
planning to have. Once we receive your form it will be reviewed and dates checked for availability.
Our office will be in touch about an approval, and/or any fees that may or may not apply.

Field reservations must be authorized through Parks & Recreation.

To inquire about reservations for a facility or location not listed
above, please select the location of interest,
from the list of links in the right hand column. If reservations for the selected facility is an option, details will be posted
on it’s individual page. Otherwise, you may “download a special event
reservation form” and submit it for consideration of approval.
Cancel/Reschedule a Reservation:
- To cancel or change the time of a current reservation, please call 479-464-7275.
- If you already have a reservation but would like to
change it to a different date or different park, you can create a seperate
reservation online and receive confirmation, however please call us to
cancel the original.
