Utility Billing and Collections
Welcome to the Utility Billing and Meter Reading Department's page.
The Utility Billing Department and Meter Reading Department's mission is
to accurately record, bill and collect payments for the City's utility
services. Currently, the Meter Reading Department reads more than
39,300 electric, water and irrigation meters each month. The Utility
Billing Department uses those readings to create the utility bills for
more than 19,700 utility accounts each month.
In addition to creating the utility bills each month, the two
departments also process all requests from customer's to establish new
utility service in the City of Bentonville, requests to have meters
re-read, customer inquiries, and processes all payments for utility
billings.

your bill. Once you have signed up, you will continue to receive a paper bill for two months to ensure your “e-notification” is
