A 12 week progression program for a healthier lifestyle, built by tailored coaching and nutritional guidance.
As a participant of the Bfit Training Program, you will have in-person group training sessions every Saturday for 12 weeks. Classes meet at the Bentonville Community Center from 7:00am - 8:30am. The first half of class will be an energized workout, followed up with a weekly group lesson & discussion.
The Bfit training program will be lead by our personal trainer and registered dietitian, Amber D'Angelo. Amber has been coaching with us since the Community Center opened it's doors, and she has been a fitness professional for over a decade!

Class Times: 7:00am - 8:30am
Classes meet every Saturday between the above dates.
