Personal Training

Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, or train for a triathlon, we are sure to have the personal trainer for you. We offer a variety of specialized trainers who are ready to help you meet your fitness goals. A Health Screen form and PAR-Q form will be required in order to train (provided by the trainer).
