Martial Arts

A family-oriented system, which builds discipline and leadership through ongoing physical and mental training. Our two main training principles are, 'Do Your Best' and 'Respect Yourself and Others'. These serve as the foundation for guiding our teaching, and following these principles our students strengthen their body, mind, and spirit.

Martial Arts meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at the Downtown Activity Center (215 SW A St.). Students may choose from two different class options below.
