Bentonville, AR……. Beginning Monday, June 3, Bentonville Parks & Recreation will begin renovations of the large dog section of the Bentonville Bark Park. New sod will be added to this section of the park in order to provide a more user-friendly experience for dogs and humans alike. Work on this project will continue for three weeks. During this time, the large dog section will be closed to the public. However, the two remaining sections of this park will remain open throughout this process for all users. The large dog section is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, June 27.
The Bentonville Bark Park is a 1.3 acre off-leash recreation area for dogs and dog lovers, just west of the North Bentonville Trail, located at 2400 N Walton Blvd.
