All court dates (Arraignments, Plea/Discovery, Trials and Status Hearings) currently scheduled in the Bentonville District Court shall be canceled until after April 20th. All cases will be re-set and regular Court dates will resume April 21st unless otherwise updated. Court staff is working to send notice of the new dates on all affected cases to the last known address provided. If you have a case in the Bentonville District Court and would like to check on your court date you can call 479-271-3120 or you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inquire as to the new date.
Alternatively, you can go to www.courtinnovations.com/ARBDC if you wish to resolve your citation without appearing in court.
