Bentonville, AR... The Bentonville Library Foundation (BLF) is delighted to announce Booked For the Evening with Steuart Walton at Tavola Trattoria on Thursday, September 15 at 5:30 PM.

The event’s format will be a conversational Q & A between Steuart and Anthony Soohoo, and the topic is Smart Growth and Avoiding Complacency. Discussion will revolve around how our community is growing, opportunities and challenges about that growth and how to avoid becoming complacent in an ever-changing environment.

In April this year, BLF welcomed Campaign Champion, Anthony Soohoo, Executive Vice President of the U.S. Home Division at Walmart. Soohoo stated that, “I’m a proud supporter of the Bentonville Public Library and the Making Room for More project. The Library is a fundamental pillar of our community, providing enrichment and free access to countless resources, historical records, the arts and special events, and much more that supports education, literacy and opportunity. Its expansion will be instrumental in building a better future for generations to come.”

Tickets can be purchased by visiting http://weblink.donorperfect.com/BOOKED.

Proceeds will benefit the Bentonville Public Library expansion. The project will add approximately 22,975 SF to the Library at the cost of $16.75 Million. It is being funded through a public/private partnership, using $4.5 Million from the Bentonville’s Bond Extension and donations from individuals, families, organizations and corporations.
