Captain Brent Farrer leads our Patrol Division.  Captain Farrer has been with the department since 2010. He has spent the majority of his career in Patrol, while serving with the SWAT team for several years. Captain Farrer is a life long of NW Arkansas and graduated Bentonville High School.

Captain Ryan Suedel currently leads our Criminal Investigation Division. Captain Suedel has been with the Bentonville Police Department for 26 years. He spent 23 years in the Patrol Division in various assignments to include patrol, bike patrol, SWAT, and warrants, promoting within the ranks while in Patrol and eventually transferring to the Criminal Investigation Division as a Lieutenant and now Captain.

Captain Glynn Bertrand

Captain Glynn Bertrand is currently assigned as the commander of our Administrative Division and leads our Emergency Communications Center, Records , and Training & Professional Standards Unit. Captain Bertrand began his law enforcement career in the state of Louisiana where he worked at Louisiana State University and later transferring to Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. He and his family moved to Bentonville, Arkansas in 2000 where he continues to serve the community at the Bentonville Police Department. Captain Bertrand has held numerous roles and leadership positions to include: Patrol, CID, Evidence, Operations, and bike patrol.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Captain Tony Marveggio supervises our Operations Division. Captain Marveggio began his career in 1997 with the Siloam Springs Police Department and transitioned to Bentonville Police Department in 1999. He has worked in many facets of the department to include bike team, SWAT, K9, CID, and  various supervisor roles.
