You share the costs of some benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), and City of Bentonville provides other benefits at no cost to you (Group Life, AD&D, Long-Term Disability). In addition, there are voluntary benefits with reasonable group rates that you can purchase through City of Bentonville payroll deductions.

You and your dependents are eligible for City of Bentonville benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Eligible dependents are your spouse, children under age 26, disabled dependents of any age, or City of Bentonville eligible dependents. Elections made at the time of hire will remain until the next open enrollment unless you or your family members experience a qualifying event.
