The City of Bentonville is accepting requests from property owners to zone property differently from what is proposed on the new zoning map. Requests must meet these requirements to be considered:

• Person submitting the request must have a signed property owner consent form. 
• On Table 2.1, the proposed zoning must be listed as “SR” for the Place Type for the property as shown on the Future Land Use Map.

Requests can be submitted here. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that the zoning request will be recommended or approved. Deadline for requests is Nov.10, 2025. General public feedback on the updated zoning map is still welcome and being accepted.
