Learn self-defense in a fun environment where students can keep active and learn new things! Take home the basics of self-defense, starting with footwork, body positions and get away drills.
Students, ages 14 and older, will learn how to escape wrist grabs/bear hugs by punches/kicks/elbows, and how to defend against chokes/headlocks. Situational Awareness will be key to the class.
When: Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: Bentonville Community Center
Recommended Attire:
- Athletic shoes
- Loose-fitting athletic wear
