Learn self defense in Fun environment where students can keep active and learn new things!
Teach the basics of self defense, starting with footwork, body positions and get away drills.
Participants will learn how to escape wrist grabs/bear hugs by punches/kicks/elbows. Participants will also learn how to defend against chokes/headlocks. Situational Awareness will be key to the class.
Registration opens February 13th
Adult Introductory classes
Date: April 1 - 22 (4 class session)
Class takes place on Saturday morning
Time: 10:30am-12pm
Age: 18+ years old
Cost: $155.00 member / $165 non-member
Location: Bentonville Community Center

Youth Introductory classes
Date: April 1 - 22 (4 class session)
Class takes place on Saturday afternoon
Time: 12pm-1:30pm
Age: 14 - 17 years old
Cost: $155.00 member / $165 non-member
Location: Bentonville Community Center
