Individual city departments have specific regulations and requirements depending on the specific event or filming request. If your event meets any of the conditions below, contact the primary department or click on the links for more information.

  • Contact person name, phone and email
  • Filming date(s)
  • Filming location(s)
  • Need to block off parking spaces, sidewalks or streets

PLEASE NOTE: The City of Bentonville does not fulfill prop requests and city equipment cannot be utilized for filming purposes.
