Pavilion Reservations

All Bentonville pavilions are available for reservation and there may be a charge to use these facilities. Additionally, it is required to follow all park rules while in use and we ask that you please clean up the facility when your event has concluded. Make a reservation.

Pavilion Reservation Restrictions

In order to offer equal usage opportunity to the growing population, reservations are limited to four hours, unless otherwise authorized through Bentonville Parks and Recreation.

Reservations may only be made up to one year in advance.

Special Event Reservations

If you would like to make a reservation for an event that will:

• Equal or exceed 200 people
• Require more time than the maximum four hour limit (two hour limit for Lawrence Plaza)
• Include special amenities or entertainment that requires approval (inflatables, dunk tank, live band, pony rides, marathons, fund raisers, etc.)

Please be as detailed as possible about the specifics of your event, and/or any amenities or entertainment you are planning to have. Once we receive your form, it will be reviewed and dates checked for availability. Our office will be in touch about an approval, and/or any fees that may or may not apply.

Field Reservations

During the months of March through June, Memorial and Phillips Park baseball fields should be reserved through the Bentonville Youth Baseball League. View availability and make a reservation online. Otherwise, field reservations must be authorized through Parks and Recreation.

Should your reservation require the use of lights, a rental fee will be due prior to, or no later than, the day of the reservation. For more information regarding light usage and rental fees, please contact us via email or 479-464-7275, ext. 2.

Other Facilities / Locations

You may submit a Special Event Request Form (Typeform) for other facilities/locations not listed on the pavilion reservations page. Please be sure to include all the details about your event.
